“Give Some Credit, Most Commercial Mixing, Weak Copyleft, Share mostly Alike, Most Commercial Uses, Some Production Restrictions”

This is an advanced license and people re-using the work on any large monetary scale should contact the original author before moving forward.  Any individual use, non-monetary use, and small scale fundraising is permitted.  Any reproduction including printing and distribution should be done with some sustainability production restrictions including but not limited to socially fair conditions of labor and production, green methods of production, and open economic systems as much as possible when available.  For questions about re-print and re-production of products, please contact the author for specifics.   When considering using the work for Commercial Purposes anyone can copy, distribute, and share the work for all minor level commercial purposes.  In other words you couldn’t enter any major contracts using the original work including iTunes, book publishers and distributors, and other major contracts and large scale sales.  The original author holds the rights to their royalties for major contracts with any corporate distributors.  There is a weak copyleft for minor derivative changes, just give some credit, and if you are using hardly any of the work, or it is so fast it just doesn’t make sense to credit it, don’t worry about it.  Use common sense, and always use the small scale perspective and contact the author if you feel you could be entering a large scale contract that they might want to be informed about.  This is a boarder line Free Cultural Work, anyone as an individual or community group can use it with no permissions, just be sure to be responsible about labor and production.
